The Iraqi story-teller Muhammed Saadoon AL-Sebahi is one of the third generation of the story –tellers in Iraq. In his stories, he made it easy to use the Modern Empiricism Concepts of story –telling into the old story-telling styles, and vice versa. This study tries to handle one of this story -teller's creative Lectures, and that is his collection of stories called: "Sun Like Fog", which is deliberately chosen, because it presents the story-teller's developmental narrating style. It is hoped for this study to accomplish its aim.

The poet, Massar Riyad, is an Iraqi poet, a contemporary poet who is born with the Iraqis and grows with their pain and becomes a friend of their childhood and youth. He has his own style of writing, and he was significant of sadness because of the environment in which he grew up and chose to express its details through his poems. The issue of the homeland, whether by reviewing the tragedies that it passed or passed through, or documenting some crimes against humanity that took place in Mesopotamia, and one of the most prominent stylistic phenomena in his poetry is the parallel phenomenon that researchers include within the internal rhythm of poetry. This research deals with this phenomenon of parallelism at the levels: phoneme, morphological, and compositional, with examples from the poet's poems accompanied by analysis.

The Zinj revolution was led by Ali bin Muhammad, known as the owner of the Zinj, and it was one of the most prominent revolutions against the Abbasid caliphate in the middle of the third century AH, the ninth century CE, and it took Basra, southern Iraq today, as its capital, and it lasted for more than 14 years.
Ali bin Muhammad - the owner of the Zinj - is not a Negro, but an Arab who belongs to the Bani Abd al-Qais tribe from the Bahraini tribes. He was born in the village of Warzinin, in Al-Rai. The myth in historical novels has occupied great importance by historians and researchers, in order to give a real view of many historical tales that are often accused of skepticism and the emplacement. In order to understand the contents of these myths, superstition evidence was extracted, most notably to explore the mysteries of these evidence, clarify their facts, and prove their credibility or not. The study revealed the exaggerations of some Arab and Islamic sources about the interpretation of historical evens whose contents are impossible for the mind to accept.

The study of residential usage in Al Qurna district is of great importance because that the given area it occupies is about (590.4) hectares, which occupied (44.6%) of the total area which is about (1322.5) hectares. The reason for the expansion of this area is due to the position of the city and its geographical characteristics and its administrative rank which made it a center of population attraction, the city’s population reached (137,648) according to estimates (2020), which required more spaces to build for housing units and to accommodate the population increase and facing pressure on land usage, including residential use. The study showed the real usage of Housing in the city of Qurna is not in line with the local planning standards and the size of the population.

A group of life factors participate in crystallizing many problems that stand in the way of development of horticultural crops in Maysan Governorate, these were represented by (agricultural diseases and pests), so this study came to clarify life problems facing the cultivation of horticultural crops and the most important ways and strategies to develop them and achieve sustainable agricultural development for them in Governorate of Maysan.

This The topic of the research focused on the study of health services in the city of Ali Al-Gharbi in 2019. The study revealed the population growth in the city and population size in study year, which was 18710 persons. The research dealt with issue of the efficiency of health services based on some of human, numerical and cadastral indicators and public and compare it with local planning standards to identify the amount of deficit and surplus of health services reaching to the current need of health services, then the future need after predicting the future area and future population size for the target year set in 2030 deduce to study it presence loss. In a number institutions health compared to the number of served population, there is a shortage of medical devices, medicines and doctors, as the sample members indicated their dissatisfaction with the health services provided to them.

The research aims at introducing continuing education center programs and activities that provided by the Center for Development and Continuing Education to university libraries, as well as the desired benefit from participating in its courses and activities. The questionnaire tool in collecting data and information based on human resources working in university libraries and centers libraries, which numbered (145) individuals, and ratios were used in the research.
Research reached out many results, including:
1-There are a large number of human resources who participate in continuing education courses and programs and provide library services to beneficiaries.
2-The desire of many human resources to participate in continuing education activities and programs due to the requirements of office work and increasing their skills and competencies.
The research came out with a number of recommendations, including:
1- The need for encouragement from the authorities responsible for continuing education programs to stimulate human resources and their participation in these courses.
2-Providing the means and means for the success of continuing education programs and activities.

The research aims to identify the characteristics of human resources working in the central public library in the city of Basra and to identify the availability of skills they have: personal, leadership, objectivity, technical, technical objectivity, and the skills of helping and guiding beneficiaries. The descriptive approach (case study) was adopted to complete the research, and the questionnaire was used as a main tool for collecting data for the research, and the number of human resources that were examined reached (63) individuals. The statistical package (SPSS) program was used for the purpose of analyzing the data for the research. The research reached a number of results, including: The human resources working in the Central Public Library possess personal, leadership, and assistance and guidance skills to the beneficiaries at a very good level, while the technical skills came at a good level, as all these skills came on computational circles higher than the hypothetical mean of the research. adult (2). As for the objective skills, they were not at the required level, while their technical objective skills were weak. The research concluded with a number of recommendations, including: the need to involve all human resources in the library in intensive training courses, especially in the field of information and libraries, taking into account the development of their technical skills, and technical objectivity in accordance with the developments in the field of library work, provided that this is done by developing an action plan Periodically and allocating the administrative and financial requirements for this, provided that the relevant authorities, including information departments and libraries, associations and unions specialized in the field, and libraries, whether local, Arab or foreign, are approached.
